Shareholders
AGB Nielsen Media Research, a 50/50 joint venture between The Nielsen Company and Kantar, operates as a separate individual company, employing approximately 2500 TAM professionals worldwide.
The Board of Directors contains equal representation from Kantar and The Nielsen Company.
Alberto Colussi and Rolando Stalli, who headed the AGB Group, lead the management and are responsible for the company’s day to day operations and report directly to the Board.
